Why iCollect?

We have used iCollect in our law firm for some time now and I love it. It gives me the flexibility to control when debtors are contacted, but provides the level of demand required to show we are serious about recouping our debts. In our work it is important that the lawyer maintains a relationship with the client and with iCollect the impression that a different company is chasing the debt is perfect for us. We have recouped a significant amount of debt after just the first or second letter sent via iCollect, however the ability for GCS to seamlessly take over if the results are not in our favour is an easy and efficient way for us to be on top of debt collection.
