Installing the iCollect programme to run on your computer is very simple and straightforward. Just follow the instructions below.

Installing iCollect

•  When you pay online, you will Automatically be taken to the download page

 

• Click on the link  to start downloading iCollect setup program.

 

• When you click the download link, you will be prompted to save iCollect_Setup.exe as shown below. Click the “Save” button to start downloading the setup program.

• Once you have downloaded the setup program, click the “Run” button shown below to begin installing iCollect.

• When you click the ”Run” button you will be prompted to unzip and install iCollect. Click the “Unzip” button to continue.

• Once iCollect has been unzipped,  you will see the following iCollect Setup screen.

• If you are installing iCollect for the first time select the “First time Installation option”  and then click the “Install” button, other wise select the “Upgrade and Existing version” button.
   

• Once iCollect has been installed, you will receive the “Installation Complete” message below. Click the “OK” to complete the instillation.

• Next go to you desktop and double click on your iCollect shortcut to open iCollect.
  iCollect will open as shown below.

      NOTE - You may receive a message like that below.

     If so go to Control Panel >> Regional and language Options. Check that the
     Standards and Formats is set to "English (New Zealand) and the Location is
     set to "New Zealand"

• Click the “OK” button, to continue to the registration page shown below.

• Enter you Company Details (Company Name, Contact, Address, Phone, Fax and Email), and Click the “Register” button to continue.  Once iCollect has been registered you will receive the registration message below. Clock “OK” to continue.

• Once iCollect has been registered, send the email below to Guardian Credit to complete your registration.
