Prevent Debt Collection

Credit Application Form

This Credit Application Form should be completed by all new account customers. There is an area at the top of the form for your company details, so that  your new customer can send it back to you.

 At the bottom of the page you will see our name and logo. Your new customer will presume that Guardian Credit Services will do a credit check.

Usually, if they have a poor credit they will not complete the credit application form.
Once you have received the form, you have the option to engage Guardian Credit to do a Credit Check. ($15+GST for a private individual and non limited companies, $25+GST for limited companies)
